Privacy policy

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name and mobile number, and optionally your email address, pincode and whatever you write in the message field. If you have used one of our calculators, we also store the scenario you modelled so that whoever calls you can see what you were looking at.

We use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to understand which pages are useful. These record page views and interactions, not the contents of forms.

Responding to your enquiry, arranging a survey, preparing a quotation, and, if you become a customer, delivering and supporting the installation. That is the entirety of it.

We do not sell your details, share them with other installers, add you to marketing lists you did not ask for, or send automated campaigns.

Where a project requires it, we share the minimum necessary with your electricity distribution company for net-metering and subsidy applications made in your name, and with delivery partners working on your specific site. Nobody else.

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for two years, then deleted. Customer records are kept for the life of the system warranty, because warranty and service claims depend on them.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@ohmpower.in and we will action it. If you would rather not be tracked by analytics, browser do-not-track and content blockers work on this site, nothing here depends on them being off.
